Thank you for your interest in requesting student-athletes from the University of Arkansas for your activity. To ensure we handle your request properly and maintain the eligibility of our student-athletes, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

Submission timing: Please submit your request at least three (3) weeks before the event or activity date.

Requests may be denied if they:

• Do not occur within a 15-mile radius of Fayetteville, Arkansas
• Fall within the first two or last two weeks of each semester or
• Conflict with student-athletes’ academic and athletic schedules

Student-athletes must not miss class for community engagement activies and must sign a release statement prior to participating.

While we accept requests during the summer, please note that accommodating them may be challenging due to accelerated class schedules, student-athletes’ summer employment, internships, and training commitments.
