Evans Earns Third SEC Community Service Team Nod
For the third time in five seasons, graduate middle blocker Zoi Evans has been named to the SEC Community Service Team, the conference announced on Thursday.
Evans has been a staple of Arkansas’ student-athlete leadership in all her five years on The Hill. She has been a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee member since her freshman year and has held executive roles for the last three. Her hard work and dedication have culminated in her appointment to SAAC President for the 2025-26 academic year.
In her role as president, she helps lead regular meetings and has played a key role in outreach and goals for the committee. Evans and SAAC organize service activities in the area like Shop with the Razorbacks, Healthy Hogs, and Book Hogs. Last winter, she attended the SEC Leadership Council in Birmingham, bringing back valuable insights from fellow SEC student-athletes to help enrich the experience at Arkansas.
Zoi was a founding member of the Black Leadership Athletic Committee (BLAC), whose mission is to enhance the overall experience of Black student-athletes at Arkansas.
Evans is currently working on her master’s in Recreation & Sport Management as she continues to pursue her goals of working in athletics administration.
