Fall World Series Finishes in Tie

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas’ annual Fall World Series has come to a close tied two games apiece.

The White team, led by volunteer assistant coach Bobby Wernes, won the opening game of the series, 9-3, on Friday before picking up a 4-0 victory in game three on Monday.

The Cardinal squad, helmed by student assistant coach Cullen Smith, secured a 9-5 win in game two on Sunday before concluding the four-game scrimmage series with a 10-2 victory in Thursday’s fall finale.
