Hogs Conclude Day Two at USA Championships

Fayetteville, Ark. – The Arkansas Hogs and former Hogs are done with competition at day two of the 2006 AT&T USA Outdoor Championships in Indianapolis, Ind., today. The event schedule was adjusted for rain delays and the eventual postponement of this evening’s events.

Former Hogs standout Tyson Gay was scheduled to run in the prelims of the 100M this evening but the event was rescheduled due to inclement weather in Indianapolis. Gay will contest the prelims of the 100M at 10:45 a.m. on Friday.

Earlier today, in the men’s junior 100M, Hog soon-to-be sophomore J-Mee Samuels started the prelims of the event but did not finish the race after pulling out with an injury with 30 meters to go. Samuels will not compete in the men’s junior 200M on Friday.
