Men's Tennis Announces 2025 Fall Schedule
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas men’s tennis head coach Jay Udwadia announced the team’s 2025 fall schedule Thursday, opening fall competition this week on Friday, Sept. 5.
The Razorbacks are on the road for their first three tournaments of the fall slate, competing at The Racquet Club 15K UTR Collegiate Invitational Event in Midland, Texas as well as an overlapping event at the Wichita State 5K Fall UTR from Sept. 5-7. The Hogs are then set to travel to Tulsa, Okla. for the UTR Sports Collegiate Circuit from Sept. 12-14.
Arkansas will host its first of two fall tournaments at Billingsley Tennis Center with the ITF 15K Fayetteville from Sept. 15-21, before heading back to Oklahoma for four consecutive events – the ITA All-American Championships in Tulsa (Sept. 20-28), the PTT 20K Norman (Sept. 29-Oct. 5), the ITA Central Regional Championships hosted by the University of Oklahoma (Oct. 8-12) and the ITF 15K Norman (Oct. 20-26).
The team returns to The Natural State to host the PTT 25K Fayetteville from Nov. 3-9, before potentially competing in two overlapping events from Nov. 6-9 in Ann Arbor, Mich. at the ITA Sectional Championships along with the ITA Conference Masters Championships in San Diego.
Various members of Arkansas’ squad will then play in potentially three tournaments from Nov. 14-23 – the RSP Collegiate Tennis Challenge in Little Rock, Ark. (Nov. 14-15), the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships in Orlando, Fla. (Nov. 18-23) and the ITF 15K Austin (Nov. 17-23) to conclude the fall campaign.
The ITA office, along with the NCAA Singles & Doubles Pathway Task Force, created a clearly defined and accessible pathway for student-athletes to earn entry into the fall 2026 NCAA Individual Championships. At the ITA All-American Championships, 10 singles players (eight main draw quarterfinalists & two feed-in consolation finalists) and four doubles teams (four main draw semifinalists) will qualify for the NCAA Singles & Doubles Championships.
At the ITA Regional Championships, the two singles finalists and doubles champion from each region will earn a bid to Waco. At the ITA Conference Masters, the four main draw semifinalists and three doubles teams (champion, finalist, third place) will qualify for the NCAA Singles & Doubles Championships, while at the ITA Sectional Championships, six singles players (semifinalists & two quarterfinal playoff winners) and three doubles teams (champion, finalist, third place) from each section will make the trip to Orlando.
The Razorbacks enter the fall season with two ranked singles players and two ranked doubles teams.
