No. 11 Arkansas Wraps Up Regular Season at Home vs. Ole Miss

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – In their final weekend of the regular season, the No. 11 Arkansas Razorbacks host conference foe Ole Miss for a three-game series on May 3-5 at Bogle Park. Friday’s series opener between the Hogs and Rebels is set for 6 p.m. CT on SEC Network+ with Brett Dolan and Dorian Craft on the call.

Game two is slated for 3 p.m. Saturday on SEC Network with Tiffany Greene and Erin Miller on the call. Sunday’s series finale begins at 1 p.m. on SEC Network.

Series History

  • Arkansas leads the all-time series, 41-31.
  • The Hogs are 22-12 vs. the Rebels in Fayetteville and 17-17 on the road.
  • Under head coach Courtney Deifel, Arkansas is 10-6 vs. Ole Miss, including a 6-0 mark at home.

  • Kennedy Miller ignited the offense with a 1-for-2 outing, compiling a team-high three RBI and career-high two walks, including her seventh home run of the season – a two-run tank in the sixth.

Arkansas will honor five seniors on Senior Sunday following the series finale vs. Ole Miss. Nia Carter, Hannah Gammill, Cylie Halvorson, Rylin Hedgecock and Morgan Leinstock each exhaust their remaining eligibility following the 2024 campaign.

  • Conference-Only Play: Leinstock is amongst the conference’s best in SEC-only play this season. She sits second in the league in wins (8), fifth in the league in ERA (1.81), sixth in batters struck out looking (17), seventh in opposing batting average (.207), seventh in games finished (7), ninth in innings pitched (73.1) and ninth in batters struck out (58).

The Beebe Bomber      

  • Senior third baseman and Beebe, Ark., native Hannah Gammill has etched her name inside the program’s record book. With 44 career home runs (11 so far in 2024), Gammill sits fourth all-time in program history in career home runs.
  • Gammill earned the prestigious Champion and Razorback for Life award at her graduation Monday night, presented by Arkansas Athletic Director Hunter Yurachek.
  • Gammill became the youngest player in program history to earn First Team NFCA All-America honors when she received the accolade in 2022.
  • Gammill’s offensive production has skyrocketed during conference-only play this season as she leads the team in RBI with 18 and ranks second in home runs with five.
  • Gammill ranks second on the team in home runs this season with 11.
  • She tied her career highs in home runs (2) and RBI (5) vs. No. 3 Georgia on April 1 in Athens.
  • Ranks second on the team in two-out RBI with 16.
