No. 14 Arkansas, No. 15 Alabama Square Off in SEC Showdown at Bogle Park

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The No. 14 Arkansas Razorbacks return to the friendly confines of Bogle Park to host No. 15 Alabama on April 19-21. Friday’s series opener is set for 6 p.m. CT on SEC Network+ with Brett Dolan (pbp) and Dorian Craft (analyst) on the call. Game two, slated for 8 p.m. Saturday, will air on ESPN with a simulcast on SEC Network with Roy Philpott (pbp) and Madison Shipman (analyst) on the call. Sunday’s series finale begins at 1 p.m. on ESPNU.

  • Alabama leads the all-time series 64-14, including a 26-9 mark during the regular season in Fayetteville.
  • Last season, the Hogs clinched their first series win in Tuscaloosa after winning games two and three.

  • Senior third baseman and Beebe, Ark., native Hannah Gammill has etched her name inside the program’s record book. With 44 career home runs (11 so far in 2024), Gammill sits fourth all-time in program history in career home runs.
  • Gammill became the youngest player in program history to earn First Team NFCA All-America honors when she received the accolade in 2022.
  • Gammill’s offensive production has skyrocketed during conference-only play this season as she leads the team in RBI (15) and home runs (5).
  • Gammill ranks second on the team in home runs this season with 11.
  • She tied her career highs in home runs (2) and RBI (5) vs. No. 3 Georgia on April 1 in Athens.
  • Ranks second on the team in two-out RBI with 16.

  • It comes to no surprise that Bogle Park is regarded as one of the premier college softball stadiums and atmospheres in the nation as it recorded the third-highest single-season attendance in NCAA Softball history in 2023.
  • On April 6, Arkansas broke its single-game attendance record, with 3,885 in attendance in game two vs. Missouri. The previous record was set on March 23 vs. Mississippi State (3,811).
  • During the Missouri series (April 6-7), the Razorbacks set Bogle Park’s weekend series attendance record with 10,754 in attendance across three games.
  • In 2024, the Hogs have accumulated the fourth-highest cumulative attendance across NCAA softball (67,290). Arkansas averages 3,204 fans per game.
  • In 2023, the Razorbacks averaged 2,845 fans per game at Bogle Park, which ranked second nationally.
  • 96,725 people entered Bogle Park throughout the 2023 season – the third highest total attendance recorded in NCAA Softball history.
