On The Road Again
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas women’s basketball team wraps up a busy week with its third game in five days at Tulsa on Thursday. The game is schedule for a 2 p.m. tip and airs on CST (Check local listings).
Arkansas (9-3) is coming off a big win over Nebraska on Tuesday. The Razorbacks rallied for the come-from-behind victory with all five starters in double figures.
Tulsa (5-6) is playing just its third game in 12 days. They enter the contest with a 3-1 record in their home arena.

Thursday’s game is the final competition before the holiday break. Arkansas returns to action hosting Jackson State Dec.30 in the final tune-up before beginning conference play.
The Razorbacks are playing a fun brand of basketball. Speed and the freedom to shoot are confidence-boosters for head coach Mike Neighbors’ team. Sophomore transfer Chelsea Dungee, senior Malica Monk and junior college addition Alexis Tolefree pace the team and each player is averaging double figures this season.
Arkansas leads the Southeastern Conference and rank second in the country for free throws made and attempted. The Razorbacks the league in fewest turnovers per game and ranks second for 3-point field goals attempted. Those numbers help Arkansas rank sixth in the current SEC standings with four of the five teams ahead of them in the top-25.
