INF Camden Kozeal

Camden Kozeal starred in Arkansas’ win against Missouri State (April 21) at Baum-Walker Stadium and in their three-game series win against Missouri (April 23-25) at Taylor Stadium, slashing .333/.333/7.78 with four runs, six hits, two doubles, two home runs, and four runs batted in. Kozeal singled to center field in the first inning, homered to right center in the seventh inning, and doubled down the left field line and scored as a part of the Razorbacks’ eight-run eighth inning against the Bears (April 21). The junior shortstop hit a two-run home run in the fourth inning and singled through the left field line in the sixth inning as a part of Arkansas’ 6-0 shutout of the Tigers in game 2 (April 24). He accounted for two runs, three hits and two runs batted in across three games against Missouri.

Cole Gibler helped Arkansas shutout Missouri (April 24) 6-0 at Taylor Stadium in game 2. In his third career start on the mound, Gibler delivered a career-long six inning start to earned the win and record his first career quality start. The sophomore left hander allowed only one hit, three walks, and struck out five batters over six innings and 90 pitches against the Tigers.
