The graduate transfer from Houston was superb in his third start of the season, striking out six in five scoreless innings of work. He silenced the Murray State offense, allowing five hits and only one walk in Arkansas’ 6-0 shutout win. Lockhart earned his first win of the season in the outing, helping the top-ranked Razorbacks improve to 10-0 on the year.

The freshman remained unhittable, striking out two in a scoreless inning of work out of the bullpen. Called upon to protect the Razorbacks’ one-run lead, Wiggins entered Friday’s ballgame in the top of the ninth and did just that to earn his first collegiate save. He has now struck out seven of nine batters faced this season without allowing a baserunner in 3.0 total innings of work.
