Razorback Golfers 14th after Day One of Shocker Classic
WICHITA, Kan. – The Arkansas golf team battled winds gusting up to 40 mph during the first two rounds of the Diet Pepsi Shocker Golf Classic at the par-71, 6,814 yard Wichita Country Club on Monday.
The Razorbacks are tied for 14th place after the first 36 holes of play at 40-over-par 616. The Hogs shot a 304 on the opening 18 holes and then closed with a 312 in round two.
Andrew Landry is tied for 24th position heading into Tuesday’s final round at 5-over-par 72. Beau Glover is in a tie for 36th position at 8-over 152 with Dalton Owens close behind in 56th at 156.
Barrett Lais is tied for 68th with a 159 on Monday with Frederico Colombo in a tie for 75th place at 160.
