Razorbacks Host No. 13 Tennessee Under the Lights for SEC Opener

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas soccer (4-2-0) hosts No. 13 Tennessee (7-0-0) on Friday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m. CT. The match will be streamed on SEC Network+ with Josh Haley (play-by-play) and Kelly Hellbusch (analyst) on the call. The Razorbacks look to continue their conference success after recording 15 SEC wins in two seasons, more than any other SEC program over that span.

The Hogs last faced Tennessee on Oct. 31, 2019, in Knoxville, Tenn, winning 3-1, clinching the program’s first regular season SEC title.

Scouting the Volunteers

Arkansas faced two opponents at the UTSA Invitational in San Antonio, Texas, last weekend. On Friday, the Hogs and Eastern Washington met on the pitch for the first time. The Razorbacks shutout the Eagles, winning 4-0 and outshot EWU 31-5.

On Sunday, the Razorbacks matched up with Lamar, winning 6-0. Arkansas again dominated, outshooting the Cardinals 36-3 and earning its fourth-straight victory.
