Razorbacks Open Home Slate with Wooo Pig Invite

The Hogs make their return to Barnhill Arena this weekend as Arkansas is set to host the 2025 Wooo Pig Invitational Sept. 4-6.

The Razorbacks will play two matches over the weekend, against Cal Poly and Tulsa, and conference opponent Oklahoma will also be in town to face off against the Mustangs and Golden Hurricane.

After two neutral matches on Thursday and Friday afternoon, Arkansas’ home opener with Cal Poly is set for 7 p.m. on Friday evening. The Mustangs are currently 2-1 on the season, their only loss coming in four sets at the hands of No. 11 Minnesota. The first-ever match-up between Cal Poly and Arkansas came last season, in which the Hogs got a 3-1 victory in San Luis Obispo.

On Saturday night, the Razorbacks play the Tulsa Golden Hurricane at 7 p.m. Tulsa, led by former Arkansas assistant Lauren Ramatowski, is 1-2 so far, coming off a sweep of Cleveland State. The Hogs are 10-2 all-time against Tulsa, the last meeting being a five-set heartbreaker loss for Arkansas in 2024.

The Razorbacks and Sooners won’t face off until SEC play in late October, but Arkansas can get its first look at Oklahoma while the team plays at Barnhill this weekend. The Sooners are undefeated through three matches and have dropped just one set on the season.

Both of Arkansas’ matches will be streamed on SEC Network+. The tournament’s neutral contests will not be streamed, but live stats will be available.

The Wooo Pig Invitational is part of Arkansas’ 13-match home slate for 2025. Season and single match tickets are still available online, by phone or in person via Razorback Ticket Center. Doors open one hour prior to first serve, and parking is available in lots 204, 205, 207, 209, 211, 212, 214 and 215 surrounding Barnhill Arena.

The weekend’s neutral matches are free and open to the public, the full tournament schedule is below.
