
Razorbacks travel to California for pair of competitions
FAYETTEVILLE – Arkansas will travel to California this week for a pair of competitions at the Mt. SAC Relays and the Bryan Clay Invitational, starting on Wednesday and concluding Saturday.
The bulk of the Razorback team will be involved with the Mt. SAC Relays, which start at 1 p.m. (CT) with the decathlon on Wednesday and Thursday at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California.
Live streaming of the 65th annual Mt. SAC Relays will be available through Runnerspace.com with live results available through Record Timing.
Competing in the decathlon for Arkansas are Jaxon Bair, Cale Kassen, and Marcus Weaver, who previously competed at Mt. SAC in 2023 when he produced a score of 7,549 to win the Collegiate/Open division.

Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, California, hosts the Bryan Clay Invitational, which will be held Wednesday through Friday with streaming available through FloTrack and live results available from Finished Results.
Brian Masai and Jack Williams will compete in the 3,000m steeplechase on Wednesday. On Thursday, competing in the 5,000m will be Timothy Chesondin, Tommy Romanow, and alum Patrick Kiprop.
Friday events for Arkansas include the 1,500m with Donovan Bitticks, Davis Helmerich, Reuben Reina, Elias Schreml, Ben Shearer, Chesondin, Masai, and Williams. Scheduled to compete in the 110m hurdles are Caldwell, Sacko, and Sims.
