Razorbacks Travel to LSU, Host Auburn This Weekend

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The No. 37 Arkansas men’s tennis team (14-7) returns to action this weekend with a pair of SEC matches. The Razorbacks will travel to Baton Rouge to face LSU on Friday, March 20 at 5:30 p.m. before returning home to host No. 18 Auburn on Sunday, March 22 at 12 p.m. at Billingsley Tennis Center.

Arkansas is coming off a split weekend in Athens, falling 4-0 to No. 12 Georgia before responding with a 4-0 victory over North Carolina A&T. The Razorbacks also picked up a 4-3 win over No. 59 Tennessee earlier in the weekend.

LSU will host the Razorbacks in Baton Rouge for Friday’s conference matchup. Auburn enters Sunday’s contest ranked No. 18 nationally and will travel to Fayetteville for a competitive SEC matchup at Billingsley Tennis Center.

Arkansas continues to see strong play from Jakub Vrba, who is currently ranked No. 18 nationally in singles. In doubles, Ben Weintraub and Eric Padgham are ranked No. 44, while Vrba and Connor Smillie are ranked No. 64 nationally.
