Rd3 at NCAA Amherst Regional Suspended, Resumes Wednesday

AMHERST, Va. – Due to heavy rain and lightning, round three of the NCAA Amherst Regional was suspended Tuesday after Arkansas played 3-to-6 holes. The Regional is set to resume on Wednesday at 6:30 am (CT).

Arkansas was off to a fast start, posting seven birdies over 29 holes played, and was a field-best 2-under. The Razorbacks have moved up two spots to fourth at +4 and lead fifth-place Arizona by four and sixth-place Florida Gulf Coast by five strokes. The top five teams advance to the NCAA Championships.

Individually, Mark Stockdale remains in a tie for third at even par through four holes and 3-under for the Regional. Thomas Curry has moved up three spots into a tie for fifth. He is 1-under five holes and 2-under for the Regional.

Erich Fortlage is 1-under through six holes and has moved up eight spots into a tie for 38th.
