Scored 17 in his collegiate debut versus Texas, making 5-of-8 from 3-point range … Struggled early versus UC Davis, but finished with 14 points with five rebounds and three steals … Versus Montana State, was just 2-of 10 from 3-point range but had five assists and five steals … Named SEC Player of the Week (12/3) as he scored career-high 34 points – 17 in each half – and made 10-of-13 shots from 3-point range to lead the Razorbacks to a 121-89 victory over FIU … The 34 points are second (tied) on the Arkansas all-time list for most points by a freshman … Just the fourth Razorback (fifth in school history) and just 10th player in SEC history (11th in league history) to make at least 10 triples in a game. … After FIU trimmed its deficit to four (24-20) at 8:29 in the first half, Joe scored 14 points over the next 4:37 to put Arkansas up 20 … Made six straight and finished the game making 9-of-his-last-10 from long distance … Scored game-high 21 points versus UTSA, making 5-of-6 from 3-point range and was 6-of-6 at the line inside the final minute … Only got one rebound vs. UTSA , but it proved key … On a missed Arkansas free throw, Joe got the rebound and was intentionally fouled … Made those two free throws and two more on the ensuing possession to put the Razorbacks up 10 with 27 seconds left … Double-digit scoring streak nearly ended vs. Texas State, but he was 7-of-8 from the free throw line with a 3-pointer to get 10 … Was 6-of-7 at the line inside the final minute … Got off to a hot start versus Austin Peay, making 4-of-5 from 3-point range and scoring 12 of his 15 points … Added five steals vs. the Governors … Broke out of a 2-for-10 dry spell from 3-point range over two games to lead the Hogs with 23 points at #3 Tennessee, making 7-of-13 from 3-point range … Added four rebounds and two steals … In the win over Missouri, was 7-of-12 from 3-point range, scored 23 and added three steals … At #19 LSU, scored 18 in the win … Only had three points in the first half, scored 15 in the second … Started the second half with a 3-pointer and Stopped a 7-0 Tiger run by hitting back-to-back 3-pointers (11:31 left and 10:33) for a 17-point lead … When LSU cut lead to single-digits with 7:08 left, Joe hit a jumper for 11-point lead … After LSU took the first lead of the second half (85-84 with 3:39 left), Joe sank two free throws to give Arkansas the lead again … Versus Vanderbilt at home, scored 18 (6-of-10 3PT FG) and tied a career high with five assists … Made 3-pointers on four of Arkansas’ last five possessions of the first half to cut the deficit to one, 35-34, at halftime … At Missouri, broke the school record for 3-pointers made in a season by a freshman, making four (to give him 86 at the time – the previous record was 83) … Finished with 17 points, adding four rebounds, two steals and a charge taken … Scored 20 versus Texas A&M (2/23) as he established career highs in rebounds (6), free throws made (8) and free throws attempted (9) … Led Arkansas with 19 points at #4 Kentucky, including 16 in the first half … Drained 5-of-7 from 3-point range … Tied season-high with seven deflections and had three assists with one steal … Had a career-high two blocked shots in the Ole Miss win … Added two assists and a steal … Battled foul trouble at Vanderbilt, but made four 3’s to become school’s single-season leader in the category, with 104 at the time (passing Scotty Thurman’s mark of 102 set in 1995) … Hit 3’s on back-to-back possessions to tie and set the record in the second half … Versus Alabama, had a career-high six steals and tied career-high with six rebounds … The six steals ties for third on the school’s single-game list vs. SEC competition … Had 13 points and five rebounds at Providence … Made three 3’s at Indiana (12 points) to give him 113 for the season to tie SEC freshman record and rank fourth in NCAA history for most 3’s made by a freshman in a season.
