In her first year as a Razorback, Harvey was a mainstay at the No. 6 position in singles play. Kacie won four of her first six dual matches to open the season, including a victory over Mary Houston to clinch the win over Missouri State. Harvey picked up a point for the Hogs in wins over No. 12 Auburn and No. 50 Alabama. Kacie posted an 8-10 singles record in the spring. In doubles play, Harvey and her partner Yuhan Liu appeared in two matches, winning both and finishing the season with a 2-0 record.

At North Carolina, Harvey, was a member of the 2020, ’21 and ’22 ITA National Team Indoor Championship teams • Member of the 2021 ACC Championship team • Compiled a 20-9 career singles record • Considered a blue chip recruit by tennisrecruiting.net • Ranked No. 16 overall player in the 2019 signing class • No. 2 in the New England region and the No. 1 ranked player in Massachusetts • Reached No. 60 in the ITF rankings in May 2018 • Competed in the 2018 US Open Junior Tennis Championship • Won a grade 1 ITF doubles title in Ecuador in the summer of 2018 and was a quarterfinals at the 2018 hard court nationals • In 2017, won ITF doubles championships in Chile, Guatemala, Puerto Rico and the Orange Bowl 16s in Plantation, Fla. • Had a UTR rating of 11.42 when she signed with the Tar Heels in December 2018.

Harvey is currently pursuing her MBA in Finance and earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a minor in public policy at UNC Chapel Hill.
