Senior (2025-26)
During her third year at Arkansas, Ferguson competed in the PTT 25K Fayetteville in the fall. Ferguson went 1-1 during the tournament, taking down Kaiden Greer in a three set thriller with a score of, 4-6, 6-3, 6-1.

Junior (2024-25)
During her second year at Arkansas, Ferguson saw action in two dual matches and registered a 6-3 overall record in singles along with a 2-4 overall doubles record. In the two dual matches, Ferguson went 2-0 in singles against Drake University, she teamed up with Jimena Gomez for doubles against Drake and went 1-1. During the fall she teamed up with Gomez four times in the fall to go 1-3 in doubles matches, while 4-3 in singles during the fall.

Sophomore (2023-24)
During her first year at Arkansas, Ferguson saw action in two dual matches and registered a 4-7 overall record in singles along with a 4-2 overall doubles record. Ferguson teamed up with Morgan McCarthy to win their first two matches at the SMU Fall Invite while individually earning a singles victory at the event. At the Texas A&M Fall Invitational, Ferguson partnered with Avery Esquivel and Kayal Gownder of Texas A&M and secured a doubles win with each in addition to defeating Gabriela Cortes in singles. In the spring, Ferguson picked up a 6-1, 6-0 victory on court six to collect the first singles point for the Razorbacks against Bradley.

Prior to Arkansas
In her Freshman year at Cincinnati, Katie compiled a 10-9 overall record in singles play, going 1-1 at the fifth spot and 9-8 in the sixth spot. Ferguson competed with Kelli Niehaus in doubles and went 3-9 overall. Katie went 0-1 in the No. 2 position and 2-8 in the No. 3 position, including a win that clinched the doubles point for Cincinnati in a win over Oral Roberts. She was one of nine Bearcats to receive recognition as an ITA Scholar-Athlete.
