Born May 4, 2005 … Hometown is Wake Forest, North Carolina … Daughter of Bershawn and Shannon Jackson … Two younger siblings, Shari and Bershawn Jr. … Bershawn, Sr. is a 2005 World Champion in the 400m hurdles and 2010 indoor and 2011 outdoor gold medalist in the 4 x 400m relay as well as a 2008 Olympic bronze medalist in the hurdles … In 2015, Bershawn and Shannon founded a youth track and field program, Run U Xpress in Raleigh, North Carolina … In 2022, Bershawn became head coach for the men’s track and field program at his alma mater, Saint Augustine’s University.
