2013 || INDOOR: Two-time All-America First Team…SEC Champion (4x400m)…All-SEC First Team…ran personal-best time of 52.52 to finish seventh at 400 meters at the NCAA Championships…capped the national meet with a runner-up finish with 4×400-meter relay team…ran second leg of school-record 4×400-meter relay (3:29.60) at the SEC Championships…also scored at the conference meet with a sixth-place finish at 400 meters. OUTDOOR: NCAA Champion (4x400m)…two-time All-America First Team…two-time SEC Champion (400mH, 4x400m)…two-time All-SEC First Team…second leg of school-record 4×400-meter relay (3:27.09) at NCAA Championships…program’s first-ever national title in the event…also scored nationally with sixth-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles…broke the school record in the 400-meter hurdles with time of 55.71 in winning the program’s first-ever SEC title in the event…three-time scorer at the SEC Championships with hurdle and relay wins and third-place finish at 400 meters…set personal bests of 23.91 at 200 meters and 52.17 at 400 meters, both at the Sun Angel Classic…went on to compete for her native Trinidad & Tobago in the 4×400-meter relay at the IAAF World Championships.
PRIOR TO ARKANSAS: McKnight spent the previous two seasons at South Plains College where she was part of three NJCAA team champions. At the 2012 national meet, she had second- and third-place finishes at 400 meters and in the 400-meter hurdles, respectively. As a freshman, she captured an NJCAA event title with the SPC 4×400-meter relay in 2011, along with a second-place finish with the 4×100-meter relay and bronze showing at 400 meters. McKnight owns personal bests of 23.29 at 200 meters, 53.52 at 400 meters (outdoor), 53.72 at 400 meters (indoor) and 57.42 in the 400-meter hurdles. At the 2010 CARIFTA Games, she came away with a runner-up performance at 400 meters in 53.96.
