Alex Cramer joined Razorback Athletics in the fall of 2025 as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Marketing & Business Development. As a member of the Razorback Athletic Director’s Cabinet and Senior Staff, he provides leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the Razorbacks’ marketing, ticketing, creative, and licensing departments.
From 2018 to 2025, Cramer served at the Air Force Academy, most recently as Associate Athletic Director for Marketing & Creative. Under his leadership, the Falcons achieved record-setting ticket revenue across all sports and saw significant growth in attendance, content development, and social media engagement. Earlier in his career, he spent two years in athletic marketing at both Arizona State and Ole Miss.
An active member of the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA), Cramer joined the Board of Directors in June 2023. He has also served on multiple committees and earned several NACMA “Best Of” awards.
In addition to his career in athletics, Cramer is a U.S. Army veteran. He served as an officer in the Army Reserve, attaining the rank of Captain, with assignments that included JFCC IMD and USSPACECOM.
Cramer earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and a master’s degree from the University of Mississippi. He and his wife, Rachel, have two children, Olivia and Andrew.
