Gaizka Crowley serves as the Executive Director of Player Acquisition for Head Coach Ryan Silverfield.
Crowley comes to Arkansas after two successful seasons at Arizona, where he was the General Manager for the the Wildcats and Head Coach Brent Brennan. Crowley’s work with the Wildcats was apparent, as the team’s roster improved each of his two seasons. The Wildcats’ 2025 recruiting class cracked the Top 50 nationally – up 19 spots from the previous year – and was ranked 37th nationally for the 2026 class. His work paid off with Arizona making a five-win improvement in 2025, going 9-3 with an invitation to the Holiday Bowl.
Crowley spent one season at Western Michigan as the general manager before making the move to Arizona.
He helped UNLV grow the Rebels’ roster from 2020-22 that led to the Rebels earning an appearance in the 2023 Mountain West Championship Game under former Head Coach Barry Odom. UNLV made a four-win improvement to 9-5 during the 2023 season, making it to the MW Championship Game and playing in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl.
Crowley has in-depth experience from his time working at XOS Digital, also known as Catapult, which helps coaching staff’s analysis of their roster and scouting.
He was hired at Southern Illinois to run the Salukis’ personnel department after his time at XOS.
Crowley began his career as an offensive line coach at Lincoln HS in Tallahassee, Fla., helping the team reach the 2008 FHSAA Class 4A state finals.
A Florida native, Crowley graduated from Florida State University in 2010, earning a bachelor’s degree in social science education.
He and his wife, Laura, have a daughter, Eloise, and a son, Murphy.
