Job Responsibilities: As a member of the Athletic Director’s Cabinet, Cofield oversee the department’s resource allocation for student-athletes as it relates to revenue sharing for all athletic programs. He assists in the development and implementation of current and prospective student-athlete recruitment and retention strategies, communications, and processes for each program. In addition, oversees the department’s player and representation relations and will help to provide guidance to the department on student-athletes and their ability to achieve a range of compensation for their Name, Image and Likeness.
