Scouting Arkansas
The Razorbacks are 2-0 and helped Neighbors pick up his 100th career win as a head coach. Arkansas opened with a come-from-behind win over Sam Houston State and added a 21-point win over Samford in game two. Junior Malica Monk and graduate student Devin Cosper have posted back-to-back games in double figures with Monk recording career-bests for points (21) and rebounds (9) against the Bulldogs. Sophomore Jailyn Mason is also averaging double figures this year.

Arkansas’ game plan is relatively simple – don’t be afraid to shoot the ball. Neighbors wants his team to get a lot of shots up, especially from distance and he wants to have a lot of possessions. Look for Arkansas to run and play functionally fast – as fast as they can while functioning at a high level.

Scouting Nebraska
The Huskers are in their second season under head coach Amy Williams and are out to a 2-0 start. Transfer Bria Stallworth and freshman Kate Cain have been impact players in Nebraska’s first two games with Cain earning co-Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors.

Nebraska is physical and not afraid to put its opponent on the line. The Huskers have committed 11 more fouls than its opponents in the first two games and have sent the opposition to the free throw line 36 times this year.
