Volleyball Single Match Tickets Now on Sale
With just over a month left until season, single match tickets are now available for the Hogs’ 2023 home slate.
Arkansas will have 15 matches at Barnhill Arena this season, with opponents from four different conferences. This includes two home tournaments in the first two weeks of the season and nine SEC tilts.
The season kicks off with Michigan State on Aug. 25, the Hogs’ first match with a Big Ten team since 2019. The Razorbacks will face three Big Ten teams over the course of the season, including two matches against Wisconsin on Aug. 30 and 31. The Badgers won their first national championship in 2021 and have won four straight conference titles. Arkansas also welcomes Michigan to town on Sunday, Sept. 3 to round out home non-conference play for the season.
In addition to the Big Ten contingent, the Hogs will also play Tulsa and Colorado State at Barnhill on Aug. 27 and Sept. 1, respectively.
In conference play, the Razorbacks return to a schedule format similar to those before 2020, with home-and-home series as well as single matches with SEC opponents. With this, the Hogs will host nine conference foes, the most since 2019. Three of these made appearances in the 2022 NCAA Tournament, and six were voted in the top 10 of the preseason SEC coaches’ poll.
A highlight of the home schedule is the final two matches at Barnhill: against Florida on Sunday, Nov. 19 and against Kentucky on Wednesday, Nov. 22. The two teams were voted to go No. 1 (Kentucky) and No. 2 (Florida) in the conference in the preseason poll, and both earned a share of the conference title in 2022. The Wildcats, who come to Fayetteville for Arkansas’ home finale, claimed the NCAA crown in the 2020-21 season and are coming off their sixth straight SEC championship.
Arkansas saw an incredible amount of fan support last season that set several new records for the program, including single season attendance (19,607) and average attendance (1,225) over 16 home matches at Barnhill Arena, statistics that both rank within the top 50 nationally.
Single match tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids, and can be purchased online, by phone, or in person via the Razorback Ticket Center.
