Arkansas Gymnastics Sets Schedule for 2026

The 2026 season opens in less than 100 days for Arkansas gymnastics, and the full schedule is ready to unveil.

The Gymbacks are set to compete in 11 regular season meets with five at home in Bud Walton Arena. They’ll have eight SEC meets, facing off against not only the best conference competition, but the best in the country.

Fans can get a first glimpse of the 2026 squad at the annual Gymback Preview, slated for Saturday, Dec. 14 at 4 p.m. at Bud Walton Arena.

The season starts with a trip north as Arkansas is set to take on the Minnesota Golden Gophers in Minneapolis on Saturday, Jan. 10. It’ll be the Gymbacks’ first trip to the North Star State in over 10 years; their last visit was in 2013. The Hogs then head home for their first conference meet of the season, a Sunday match-up with Auburn on Jan. 18. Arkansas stays in Fayetteville though the week for a Friday night contest with SEMO on Jan. 23. The Gymbacks’ first SEC road contest comes on Friday, Jan. 30 as they are set to take on the Gators in Gainesville.

A double weekend awaits Arkansas to kick off the February slate: First, a home dual meet with the Georgia Bulldogs on Friday, Feb. 6 and then a road trip to Fort Worth for the Metroplex Challenge on Sunday, Feb. 8, where the Gymbacks will take on Arizona, Oklahoma and Texas Woman’s. Arkansas heads to Tuscaloosa on Friday, Feb. 13 to face the Crimson Tide before returning to Bud Walton Arena on Friday, Feb. 20 for a home match-up with the Kentucky Wildcats to close out the month.

March opens with a Sunday trek to Columbia for the Gymbacks take on the Missouri Tigers on March 1. The Hogs’ last home meet of the season will be a date with the defending national champions, the Oklahoma Sooners, on March 6. The regular season concludes with another heavy hitter, LSU, at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge on Friday, March 13.

The 2026 SEC Gymnastics Championships will be held at a to be announced location on Saturday, March 21. All nine teams will compete at the event. Session I will feature seeds 5-9 at 2 p.m., and Session II will include seeds 1-4 at 7 p.m.

Regional sites for the 2026 NCAA Gymnastics Championships include Baton Rouge, La. (LSU), Corvallis, Ore. (Oregon State), Lexington, Ky. (Kentucky) and Tempe, Ariz. (Arizona State) and will run April 3-April 5. The NCAA Gymnastics National Championship will again be held at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, April 16-18.

New general admission season tickets are now available HERE, for $55. Season ticket renewals will open later this month. Fans who would like to purchase new, reserved seat season tickets will have the opportunity to do so when the renewal period ends.

Television designations will be released later in the fall.
