What is included in the rental fee?
Access to the space being rented for the contracted time.
Additional fees may include site supervisor, custodial, security, set/strike labor, use of videoboard, etc

Is there a way to play music/sound in the facilities?
Yes, an aux cord and a wireless microphone are available in most venues.

Can I bring my own food & beverages?
Levy Restaurants is the contracted caterer for all Razorback Athletic venues. Should you wish to bring in outside food and non-alcoholic beverages, a $500 buyout fee will apply.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. Levy Restaurants holds the liquor license in all Razorback Athletic Venues. All alcohol must be purchased and served by Levy Restaurants.

Do you provide tables and chairs?
Venue rentals include all standard furniture as-is. Additional tables and chairs are available upon request for an added fee.

Are linens provided?
No, we do not provide linens.

How early can I arrive to set up?
We can accommodate you day-of as early as the venue availability allows.

When do I need to be out of the venue?
All guests, event organizers and vendors must be loaded out by the end of your rental timeline.

Can I move the furniture in the facilities?
All furniture must be moved by Athletic Department Event Staff. Please reach out in advance to coordinate. A flat fee of $500 will apply to furniture re-arrangements.

Do I need security at my event?
Yes, security is required at all Razorback Athletic venues. Our event staff will coordinate and schedule security based on the size and scope of the event.
