Men's Basketball Unveils Non-Conference Slate
FAYETTEVLLE, Ark. – The Arkansas basketball program unveiled its 2015-16 non-conference schedule on Monday morning, which features 13 games, including eight inside Bud Walton Arena.
The non-conference slate consists of eight games in BWA, one in North Little Rock, two true road games, two neutral site games, four games in the NIT Season Tip-Off and one in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge.
Arkansas will play six opponents that finished in the top 150 of the final NCAA RPI last season in Akron (124), Georgia Tech (147), Wake Forest (143), Evansville (82), Dayton (29) and Villanova (6) or Stanford (34).
Seven of the Razorbacks’ opponents finished in the top three of their league standings a year ago, while three of those captured regular season championships and three advanced to the NCAA Tournament.

The Razorbacks are coming off a 27-9 record last season that marked the sixth-most wins in program history as Arkansas made its 30th NCAA Tournament appearance. The Razorbacks posted a 13-5 record in SEC play to capture the No. 2 seed in the SEC Tournament and advance to the championship game for the first time since 2008 and the sixth time in program history.
