Hogs Host Midweek Top 25 Showdown with Tigers
Arkansas closes out a three-match homestand with the team’s third top 25 match-up at Barnhill this season as the No. 14 Hogs take on the No. 24 Auburn Tigers on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
With Auburn entering the AVCA Coaches Poll for the first time ever this season, Wednesday’s tilt will also mark the first time in the team’s series history that both are in the top 25. The Razorbacks checked in at No. 14 this week, the highest ranking since 1998, while the Tigers have come in at No. 24 the past two polls.
It’s Heroes Appreciation Night at Barnhill, and fans will have the chance to snag commemorative Flag Hog t-shirts in a t-shirt toss. The evening will honor service members, first responders, healthcare workers and beyond, and community heroes can get $3 tickets at the door.
The match will be broadcast live on SEC Network, and tickets can be purchased via Razorback Ticket Center online, by phone, or at Barnhill Arena.
Scouting the Series: Auburn
- Auburn’s first two SEC opponents of the season were No. 3 Florida and Ole Miss, and the Tigers went 1-1
- The match will be Arkansas’ third top 25 contest of the season
- Auburn has not been to Fayetteville for a match since fall 2021
