COLUMBUS, Ohio – No. 2 Arkansas women’s golf advanced to the program’s 13th NCAA Championship with a runner-up finish (-3, 861) at the Columbus Regional hosted by the Ohio State University Golf Club.

Arkansas will compete in next week’s NCAA Championship at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California, beginning May 16.

The Razorbacks entered the day in sole possession of first place but No. 23 Kansas, led by sophomore Lyla Louderbaugh (1st, -12), fired a tournament best 12-under third round to win the regional by three strokes.

José Marin, the 2024-25 SEC Player of the Year, birdied five of her first six holes to start her best round of the week and only bogeyed once at the par 4 No. 11, the toughest hole on the course with a 4.49 stroke average. The sophomore birdied two more times to finish the day 6-under.

Temelo entered Wednesday tied for 13th and rose 11 spots after tying her career low 18-hole of 66. The Querétaro, Mexico native parred her first eight holes before her first birdie fell at No. 9. On the back nine, Temelo shot 5-under par including three of her last four. The T-2 placement is the highest of her collegiate career.

Senior Kendall Todd picked up her eighth top 10 finish this season at T-10 and led Arkansas for the first two rounds. Todd went in at 3-over in the final 18 holes and ended the week at even par. Junior Reagan Zibilski scored a 2-over 74 each day to put all four of the Razorbacks’ counting scores in the top 30.
