SHAUNA’S STATEMENTS

“It was another solid week for us with another top five finish,” said head Coach Shauna Taylor. “We let a few slip away, but I always say if you aren’t winning, you are learning. We have a few things to tidy up before we head to Oklahoma, but we will use this spring break to rest, recover and practice.

“I’m really proud of Maria [José Marin] for another outstanding performance. She did a great job of learning the golf course quickly and adjusting to what it demanded. It was a complete team effort with everyone contributing to our success, and that provides great momentum for everyone.

“We have one more regular season event and the best part of the year begins with our postseason in a few weeks.”
