2023 (Junior at South Alabama): Produced his best season to date with 36 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, three interceptions, three pass breakups and a fumble recovery while playing in all 13 games for the Jaguars … Picked off his first pass of the season to set up a second quarter touchdown in an upset win at Oklahoma State (Sept. 16), adding a pair of tackles … Made four stops, including a half tackle for loss, at James Madison (Sept. 30) … Posted three solo stops in the victory at ULM (Oct. 7) … Recorded three tackles vs. Southern Miss (Oct. 17) and four against Louisiana (Oct. 28) … His five tackles at Troy (Nov. 2) established a season-best … Picked up his second half tackle for loss in win over Arkansas State (Nov. 11) as part of a four-tackle performance … Intercepted his second pass of the season in a shutout victory vs. Marshall (Nov. 18) … Matched his season-high with five tackles, including four solo, at Texas State (Nov. 25) to go with a half tackle for loss and a 25-yard fumble return to set up a field goal for the Jags … Picked off his third pass of the season leading to a USA touchdown in 68 Ventures Bowl victory over Eastern Michigan (Dec. 23), adding three pass breakups and two tackles, including one for loss.
2022 (Sophomore at South Alabama): Played in and started 11 games at cornerback, making 28 tackles, including 15 solo stops, to go along with a pair of pass breakups … Posted a season-best six tackles twice, against Louisiana (Oct. 1) and ULM (Oct. 15) … Also had a five-tackle performance against Southern Miss (Nov. 19).
2021 (Freshman at Southwest Mississippi CC): Rated a three-star prospect and a national top 10 junior college cornerback … In his only season with the Bears, he made 34 tackles with an interception and two pass breakups … In a win over Mississippi Delta CC, posted a season-high seven stops, including a half tackle for loss, and broke up a pass … Finished with six solo tackles in season debut vs. Itawamba (Miss.) CC … Logged five tackles in consecutive games against East Mississippi CC and Copiah-Lincoln (Miss.) CC … Recorded four tackles against nationally-ranked Jones (Miss.) CC before adding four tackles and an interception against nationally-ranked Mississippi Gulf Coast CC the following week … Chose South Alabama over: Memphis and Nevada.
High School: Prepped at Wilkinson County High, recording 61 tackles over his final two seasons … Made 35 stops with an interception and a fumble recovery when as a senior to help the Wildcats qualify for the 3A state playoffs … Helped WCHS advance to the state playoffs with 29 tackles as a junior en route to an 8-4 finish.
