#ProHogs in the NFL – Week 15 Report

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Here is a look at how the 17 former Arkansas football players active on NFL rosters fared this past weekend in Week 15 of the 2021 NFL season.

BEST OF WEEK 15

Hunter Henry, TE, New England Patriots

Henry hauled in six receptions for 77 yards and registered his second two-touchdown game of the season as New England lost 27-17 at Indianapolis. Quarterback Mac Jones hooked up with Henry twice in the fourth quarter for scores, first on a 6-yard reception and a 7-yard catch later in the stanza. His second touchdown of the game marked his 30th career score. Henry ranks third among former Razorbacks in NFL touchdown receptions trailing Hall of Famer Lance Alworth (85, 1962-72) and 1940s All-Decade Team member Jim Benton (45, 1938-47). The sixth-year pro set a career-high totaling his ninth touchdown grab of the season, surpassing his prior season-high of eight scores as a rookie with the San Diego Chargers in 2016. Henry leads the NFL this year in touchdown receptions by a tight end, overtaking Buffalo’s Dawson Knox (8).

Jeremy Sprinkle, TE, Dallas Cowboys

Sprinkle made his first two grabs of the year for 21 yards in Dallas’ 21-6 win at the New York Giants. His second catch of 10 yards in the third quarter, helped the Cowboys score a touchdown later in the drive. The fifth-year pro has seen the bulk of his snaps occur on special teams and as a blocking tight end in his first year with Dallas.
