#ProHogs In The NFL – Week 8

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – During week eight of the 2024 NFL season, 13 of the 16 former Arkansas football players active on NFL rosters saw game action, with six former Razorbacks earning starts.

BEST OF WEEK 8

Hjalte Froholdt, OL, Arizona Cardinals

Froholdt helped pave the way for 389 yards of total offense and was part of an Arizona offensive line that did not allow a single sack and allowed just two tackles for loss during the Cardinals’ 28-27 win over the Miami Dolphins.

Jake Bates, K, Detroit Lions

Bates scored 10 points during the Lions dominant 52-14 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday. The rookie sensation nailed a career-long 51-yard field goal in the third quarter. With the 51-yard field goal, Bates improved to a perfect 11-11 on field goal attempts this season. His 11 consecutive makes are the most a kicker has ever had to start their Lions tenure. Bates also made all seven of his extra-point attempts during the victory.
