Razorbacks Fall To Missouri On The Road

Box Score

COLUMBIA, Mo. – A 348 yard performance through the air from Austin Allen and 117 yards on the ground from Rawleigh Williams III was not enough Friday afternoon as the Missouri Tigers scored 21 straight points in the second half to defeat Arkansas, 28-24, at Memorial Stadium.

The Razorbacks had a chance for the potential game-winning score in the final minutes, but had a stalled drive inside the red zone. Overall, the offense totaled 503 yards in the game, 318 coming in the first half. The Razorbacks rushed out to a big 24-7 lead at halftime with touchdown runs by Williams and freshman Devwah Whaley.

However, the offense couldn’t get anything going in the second half, unable to find the end zone and only generating 185 yards.

The Razorbacks will wait to find out their bowl destination, which will be determined after next week’s conference championships.
