Senior (2014)
Participated in all 13 games… Named a candidate for the NFF Scholar-Athlete of the Year Award and Burlsworth Trophy… vs. UAB (Oct. 25): Featured at the No. 2 spot on Sportscenter’s Top 10 Plays after catching a six-yard touchdown pass from 350-pound offensive lineman Sebastian Tretola.

Junior (2013)
Appeared in all 12 games serving as Arkansas’ deep snapper and was nominated for the Burlsworth Trophy… Tallied three total tackles… Snapped for kicker Zach Hocker and punter Sam Irwin-Hill… Hocker was named second-team All-SEC after he was one of 34 kickers in the country perfect on PATs, and was 13-of-15 on field goal attempts with a long of 54 yards… Irwin-Hill averaged 44.3 yards per punt, including a 79 yarder that was the longest in the SEC in 2013, and led the SEC in punts inside the 20-yard line… vs. Rutgers (Sept. 21): Caught a 24-yard pass for a first down on a fake punt and was named SEC Special Teams Player of the Week, the first long snapper to ever win the award.

Sophomore (2012)
Saw action in 11 games and made one tackle… Snapped for punter Dylan Breeding, who ranked sixth in the NCAA and second in the SEC with an average of 45.58 yards per punt, and placekicker Zach Hocker, who broke three UA career records during the season.

Freshman (2011)
Appeared in all 13 games as UA’s deep snapper and made two tackles, one each in the 38-28 win vs. Troy and the 31-28 victory vs. Vanderbilt… Snapped to punter Dylan Breeding, who led the SEC and ranked seventh in the country with an average of 45.28 yards per punt, and to Zach Hocker, who ranked second in the SEC, first among kickers, and 17th in the NCAA with an average of 9.1 points per game and was tied for second in the conference and for 11th in the nation with an average of 1.6 field goals made per game.

High School
Played for coach Mike Giovando at Shadow Mountain High School in Phoenix, Ariz… Also competed in track… A first-team All-State performer in his senior season… Selected as Shadow Mountain’s Scholar Athlete of the Year and to the National Honor Society.

Personal
Born January 19, 1993, and is the son of Al and Rose D’Appollonio… Majoring in political science… Named to the Razorback Honor Roll in the fall of 2011 and the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll in 2012 and 2013… Recognized as an Academic Champion after posting a 4.0 GPA in the fall of 2012.
