Senior (2014)
Appeared in 11 games… Completed the season 31-of-33 on PAT attempts… vs. Nicholls (Sept. 6): Knocked through a season-long 22-yard field goal in the non-conference win… vs. No. 8 Ole Miss (Nov. 22): Recorded a 65-yard kickoff in the shutout win over the Rebels.
Junior (2013)
Saw action in three games, appearing vs. Louisiana, vs. Auburn and at Ole Miss… Was 1-of-1 on PAT attempts… vs. Louisiana (Aug. 31): Registered a 65-yard kickoff in Arkansas’ season-opening victory.
Sophomore (2012)
Appeared in two games, seeing action at No. 12 South Carolina and vs. No. 8 LSU, and scored seven points… at No. 15 LSU (Nov. 29): Was 2-of-2 on field goals from 25 and 17 yards out, and 1-of-1 on PAT attempts.

High School
Helped kick Southlake Carroll High School to the third round of the Texas Class 5A Division II state championship playoffs in 2009 as a senior… Also played soccer for Southlake Carroll, which advanced to the second round of the Texas Class 5A state championship playoffs during senior campaign.
Personal
Born Sept. 6, 1991, he is the son of Mel Henson. His father attended Arkansas from 1976-79. John is enrolled in the Walton College of Business and majoring in
marketing. He was named to the Razorback Honor Roll for his work in the classroom in the fall of 2012.
