Senior (2014)
Started twice at left guard and played 11 games… Participated in more than 130 snaps and did not allow a sack… Blocked for RBs Alex Collins and Jonathan Williams, who were the only FBS teammates to each rush for 1,000-plus yards in the 2014 season… Helped protect QB Brandon Allen as the offensive line led the SEC with 14 sacks allowed… at Auburn (Aug. 30): Started the season opener at left guard and graded out at 74 percent on 35 snaps, with one knockdown block, no penalties and no pressures allowed… vs. Nicholls (Sept. 6): Started at left guard and posted a 75 percent grade as Arkansas scored touchdowns on its first five possessions of the game… at Texas Tech (Sept. 13): Played a season-high 36 snaps as Arkansas rushed for 438 yards and totaled 49 points in the non-conference road victory.

Junior (2013)
Saw action in nine games… Contributed to an offensive line that blocked as RB Alex Collins became the 10th true freshman in SEC history to rush for 1,000 yards… Collins and Jonathan Williams became the second Razorback duo to each reach at least 900 rushing yards in one season, joining Darren McFadden and Felix Jones from 2006 and 2007… Part of an offensive line that broke the single-season school record by only allowing 8.0 sacks… Helped Arkansas lead the SEC and tie for second in the NCAA with an average of 0.67 sacks allowed per game… The Razorbacks’ average of one sack allowed for every 37.63 pass attempts was the best in the conference and seventh in the nation… Arkansas also ranked fourth in the SEC and 23rd in the NCAA in rushing offense with an average of 208.7 yards per game on the ground.

Sophomore (2012)
Appeared in eight games and made one start… Helped the Arkansas offensive line paved the way as 20 UA or SEC records were broken… Blocked for an offense that produced a 1,000-yard receiver in consecutive seasons for the first time in school history and a 3,000-yard passer for the fourth straight year… Helped protect QB Tyler Wilson, who led the SEC in passing, while WR Cobi Hamilton topped the conference in receptions per game and receiving yards per game… Hamilton’s season totals of 90 catches and 1,335 receiving yards broke school records and allowed him to break the UA record for career receptions with 175… Part of an offensive line that allowed 1.0 or fewer sacks in eight games in 2012 and ranked third in the SEC with an average of just 1.58 sacks allowed per game… vs. Rutgers (Sept. 22): Made first career start.

Redshirt Freshman (2011)
Saw action in seven games, mostly on special teams, and made one tackle… at Vanderbilt (Oct. 29): Recorded a tackle in the 31-28 win.

Freshman (2010)
Worked with the Arkansas scout team while redshirting.

High School
Was a two-year starter at John Curtis Christian, a team that won the Louisiana Class 2A state championship in 2008 and finished as the runner-up in 2009… Rated No. 50 nationally as an offensive tackle and No. 12 among Louisiana seniors by Rivals.com… Was a member of The Times Picayune Preseason Top 20 Blue Chip List… Named a two-time all-district honoree… Earned all-metro honors from The Times Picayune as a junior in his first full season as a starter and then added all-state laurels from the Louisiana Football Coaches Association as a senior… Did not play as a sophomore while he gained athletic eligibility at John Curtis Christian following a transfer from South Lafourche midway through his freshman year… Coached at John Curtis Christian by J.T. Curtis… Was successful in the classroom in Curtis’ honors curriculum…  Also participated in track and field, where he recorded a mark of 50 feet in the shot put… Also recruited by Kentucky, Louisiana Tech, Northern Illinois, Northwestern, Southern Miss, SMU and Tulane.

Born Feb. 20, 1992, he is the son of Robert and Melanie Charpentier… Was named to the Razorback Honor Roll for his work in the classroom in the fall of 2012 and 2013… Majored in food, human nutrition and hospitality.
