2021 (FRESHMAN): Rated a three-star prospect and a national top 10 junior college cornerback … In his only season with the Bears, he made 34 tackles with an interception and two pass breakups … In a win over Mississippi Delta CC, posted a season-high seven stops, including a half tackle for loss, and broke up a pass … Finished with six solo tackles in season debut vs. Itawamba (Miss.) CC … Logged five tackles in consecutive games against East Mississippi CC and Copiah-Lincoln (Miss.) CC … Recorded four tackles against nationally-ranked Jones (Miss.) CC before adding four tackles and an interception against nationally-ranked Mississippi Gulf Coast CC the following week … Chose South Alabama over: Memphis and Nevada.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Wilkinson County High, recording 61 tackles over his final two seasons … Made 35 stops with an interception and a fumble recovery when as a senior to help the Wildcats qualify for the 3A state playoffs … Helped WCHS advance to the state playoffs with 29 tackles as a junior en route to an 8-4 finish.
