Heather England

Heather England assumed duties as Director of Guest Services for the University of Arkansas athletics department in July 2011 with more than 10 years of experience working within the Razorback athletics.
England assumes the role of overseeing event service and operation activities for all premium seating in each of the Razorback venues. Some of her duties include coordination with outside vendors in the suites, club lounges and club /courtside seating areas; hiring and training event services staff; and assisting patrons with any suite holder/seating needs as they arise.
Prior to the new appointment, England had served in administrative support to UA’s senior administrators since August 2009. In England’s previous role, her duties included communicating with donors, planning events for Razorback supporters, overseeing budgets for athletics development and men’s basketball and supervising graduate assistants.
Previously, England worked for 10 years in the Arkansas Athletics Department Ticket Center, servicing requests and addressing Razorback supporters’ needs. Her responsibilities included working with specific donor levels in regards to season tickets, training customer service representatives in ticket office procedures, maintaining NCAA compliance documentation and providing support during home athletic events.
Prior to beginning her work for Razorback athletics, England was co-owner of Realty Executives Metro Brokers in Fayetteville, Ark. She also worked as an optometric assistant and store manager at Brandon Eye Clinic in Springdale, Ark.
England finished a Master’s in public administration at UA in May 2009, emphasizing in higher education. She also did her undergraduate work at Arkansas, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts in sociology in 2005. In her time in the UA athletics department, England has served as a representative on the Staff Senate. The native of Wynne, Ark., is the wife of Razorback basketball athletic trainer, Dave England.
