No. 2 Women's Golf Heads to the Betsy Rawls Invitational

AUSTIN, Texas – The No. 2 Arkansas women’s golf team will look to get back in the win column at this week’s Betsy Rawls Invitational hosted by No. 7 Texas at the UT Golf Club.

The Razorbacks will tee off round one Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. via a shotgun start on holes 11A, 11B, 12, 13 and 14. The second round will tee off after the conclusion of the first.

The Hogs are coming off a top 3 finish at the Darius Rucker Invitational that featured 10 ranked teams. Kendall Todd finished with a 1-under par 212 at Long Cove Club in Hilton Head, South Carolina. In the first round, Todd fired off her lowest round of the spring, a 68, with six birdies. The senior remained steady through the tough conditions in the second and third rounds with back-to-back 72s. On the final hole, Todd sank a 10-foot putt to remain at 1-under and pick up the win. She was named SEC Golfer of the Week.

Todd and sophomore Maria José Marin will headline the Razorbacks’ lineup this week. The pair was placed on the ANNIKA Award Spring Watch List earlier this month. José Marin has three individual titles this season.
