SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – No. 20 Arkansas women’s golf will compete in their 11th NCAA Championship, teeing off at 7:30 a.m. CT on the Grayhawk Golf Course- Raptor Course on Friday morning.

Arkansas’ lineup will feature Kajal Mistry, Julia Gregg, Ela Anacona, Miriam Ayora and Ffion Tynan. The Hogs are paired with Auburn and Texas A&M for the opening round set to begin on the first hole.

The Razorbacks advance to the NCAA Championship after a great Regional performance where they finished tied for third in the Ann Arbor Regional, the third top-three performance at a Regional in program history. Junior Ela Anacona recorded her highest ever finish and her second career top-10, securing a share of fifth place in the Regional. Two more Razorbacks also had top-20 finishes, junior Julia Gregg finished in 15th place and sophomore Miriam Ayora earned a share of 19th place.

The Razorbacks last appearance in an NCAA Championship came in 2019 when the Hogs finished tied for fifth on their home course – The Blessings. The Hogs will compete on the Grayhawk Golf Course for the first time this week at the NCAA Championship.

The championship format in Scottsdale will include 24 teams and 12 individuals completing 54 holes of stroke play, and then the top 15 teams along with the top nine individuals not on an advancing team competing for one additional day of stroke play to determine the top eight teams for match play competition and the 72-hole stroke play individual champion. The top eight teams then compete in match play for the team national championship to be decided May 25.
