#4 Arkansas, UCA to Clash in In-State Showdown
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Fourth-ranked Arkansas (18-7) returns inside the friendly confines of Baum-Walker Stadium for a midweek matchup against in-state opponent UCA (13-11). First pitch between the Razorbacks and Bears is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, on SEC Network+ with Brett Dolan (play-by-play) and Troy Eklund (analyst) on the call.
Entering Tuesday night’s clash, the Hogs are 5-1 in midweek games this season. Arkansas defeated Tarleton State on Feb. 16 at Globe Life Field, split a double midweek series with Arkansas State on Feb. 24-25 and took down Oral Roberts on March 3 before most recently sweeping its double midweek series against Northern Colorado on March 17-18.

Last time out, true freshman right-hander Peyton Lee logged the best outing of his rookie campaign in the Razorbacks’ double midweek series-opening win against Northern Colorado on March 18. The Maumelle, Ark., native, making his third start of the season on the mound, twirled a career-long five scoreless innings while striking out a career-high six batters to earn his first collegiate win. Lee owns a 1-1 record with a 5.56 ERA and 13 strikeouts in 11.1 innings this year.
