
Arkansas MBB Announces Non-Conference Schedule
FAYETTEVILLE – Year two of the John Calipari era at Arkansas will see the Razorbacks play a total of 18 teams that earned 2025 NCAA Tournament bids, nine conference champions from last year and a total of 22 20-win programs from last year.
Most notably, Arkansas will face all eight teams that advanced to the 2025 NCAA Elite Eight. Four of those eight teams will be part of the non-conference schedule, including a game at Michigan State (Nov. 8), a game versus Duke in Chicago on Thanksgiving Day (Nov. 27), a game versus Texas Tech in Dallas (Dec. 13) and a game versus Houston in Newark, N.J. (Dec. 20).
Before the season officially kicks off, Arkansas returns to Hot Springs for the Razorback Tip-Off Scrimmage on Oct. 12 (Sunday). Twelve days later, the Hogs will host Cincinnati in an exhibition on Oct. 24 (Friday). NOTE: For the Cincinnati exhibition, full details on the event and purchasing game tickets will be announced at a later date.
The final exhibition game will be at Memphis for the Hoops for St. Jude Tip Off Classic, presented by Bad Boy Mowers, played in the FedEx Forum on Oct. 27 (Monday).
The 103rd year of Razorback basketball officially begins on Nov. 3 (Monday) versus Southern. After its trip to East Lansing to play Michigan State, Arkansas will play four-straight home games versus Central Arkansas (Nov. 11), Samford (Nov. 14), Winthrop (Nov. 18) and Jackson State (Nov. 21).
The Hogs will play four games in the state of Arkansas in December. First, the Razorbacks will host Louisville on Dec. 3 (Wednesday) as part of the ACC/SEC Challenge. Three days later (Dec. 6), Arkansas will make its annual trip to North Little Rock’s Simmons Bank Arena and play Fresno State. Arkansas will host Queens on Dec 16 (Tuesday) and conclude the non-conference portion of the schedule by hosting James Madison on Dec. 29 (Monday).
