Arkansas MBB Returns to Hot Springs

FAYETTEVILLE – Arkansas men’s basketball will return to Hot Springs for the Razorback Tip-Off Scrimmage on Oct. 12 (Sunday). The team will take the floor in Bank OZK Arena at 3 pm.

“Last year was a tremendous success for all involved,” said head coach John Calipari. “We are excited to return and grateful to those in Hot Springs for making this possible. This is a great chance for people in that region to interact with this year’s team. The returning players had a great experience last year, and we have a lot of new players on this team who will do the same this time. The trip will also be important to those new guys, so they too get to know a different part of Arkansas and to know the passion for the Razorbacks throughout the state, not just Northwest Arkansas.”

The day will consist of meet and greet opportunities, player introductions and a Red-White team scrimmage.

“Hot Springs can’t wait to welcome Coach Cal and the Razorbacks back to town for a second scrimmage at Bank OZK Arena,” said Visit Hot Springs CEO Steve Arrison. “We expect an even bigger, more enthusiastic bunch of Hog callers this time. Last year’s preview of the Hogs’ team was a blast, and we know this time will be even better. Hot Springs is full of Razorback backers who are going to show Coach and the team that we are proud of their achievement in 2024-25 and support them as they soar to even greater heights this season. Wooo Pig!”
