Arkansas Travels Down to Texas for Mid-season Invitationals
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The No. 19 Arkansas swim team will travel to College Station, Texas to compete in the Art Adamson Invitational, which will span from Wednesday, Nov. 16 through Friday, Nov. 18. The Art Adamson Invitational, hosted by the No. 22 Texas A&M Aggies, features two top 10 teams.
Swimming Opponents: No. 6 Alabama Crimson Tide, No. 8 USC Trojans, No. 22 Texas A&M Aggies, TCU Horned Frogs, Washington State Cougars, LSU Tigers
The No. 19 Arkansas dive team will travel to Dallas to compete in the SMU Invitational, which will range from Thursday, Nov 16 through Saturday, Nov. 19.
Diving Opponents: SMU Mustangs, Drury Panthers, Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, Wyoming Cowboys, Miami Hurricanes, San Diego State Aztecs

Scouting the Crimson Tide
The Crimson Tide is currently ranked sixth in the country. Alabama is coming off a win against the LSU Tigers, where the Tide outscored the Tigers 182-118. The Crimson Tide also have a win against the Razorbacks, beating Arkansas 161-139 back on October 4.
Scouting the Trojans
USC comes to the invite as the No. 8 team in the nation. The Trojans have three wins on the season, coming against Utah, Arizona, and Arizona State. Swimmer Justina Kozan has the fastest time in the country (4:41.09) in the 500 freestyle event.
Scouting the Aggies
The No. 22 Aggies are 3-2 on the year so far. The Aggies picked up a win against TCU, defeating the Horned Frogs 168-118 on Nov. 4. Texas A&M also has a win against the No. 12 Kentucky Wildcats, in which the Aggies posted a score of 154-146.
Scouting the Horned Frogs
TCU is coming into the Art Adamson Invitational after a loss to the No. 22 Aggies. The Horned Frog women are 0-3 on the year with losses to Texas A&M and BYU.
Scouting the Cougars
Washington State is currently 1-2 on the year, with losses to No. 2 Stanford and No. 9 California. The Cougars’ lone win of the year is against Northern Colorado, and they defeated the Bears 144-104.
Scouting the Tigers
The Tigers head to College Station, with a 5-2 record on the year. LSU recently lost to No. 6 Alabama on Nov.4, in which the Tigers managed to post a score of 118 to Bama’s 182.
Last Time Out
- No. 19 Arkansas is coming off a win against Liberty, the Razorbacks put up a score of 177 to Liberty’s score of 122.
