Diving Trio Set To Compete In Winter Championships
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Three Arkansas divers will compete in Columbus, Ohio, in the USA Diving Winter National Championships from Thursday, Dec. 15 through Wednesday, Dec. 21.
Junior Nicole Gillis along with sophomores Marissa Green and Molly Harvie are three of 82 female divers competing in the championships.
Gillis will be competing against 27 other divers for the 1-meter springboard championship, while there are 38 total divers contending for the 3-meter springboard championship. Gillis came into the 2016-17 collegiate season with a personal best of 310.00 in the 1-meter.
