Gymnastics Slated for Four TV Appearances in 2021

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas gymnastics will have four regular season meets air live on the ESPN family of networks during the 2021 season, plus the SEC Championship, as part of network’s continued coverage of NCAA Gymnastics.

Arkansas will make its first of five television appearances in its season opener at LSU (Jan.8) on the SEC Network at 7:30 p.m. (CT). The Gymbacks have three other dual meets airing on the SEC Network throughout the season: Jan.15 vs LSU, Jan. 29 at Georgia and Feb. 19 vs Missouri.

The Gymbacks’ road meets at Kentucky (Feb. 12) and Auburn (March 5) are scheduled to be broadcasted on the SEC Network+. Arkansas’ competition vs the Wildcats is slated to begin at 6:00 p.m. (CT) while a start time for Arkansas’ meet at Auburn will be determined at a later date.

Arkansas will host the University of Alabama at home on Feb. 26 for the final home meet of the season and while the meet won’t be on linear television, fans can catch the excitement on Saturday, Feb. 27 in a special tape delay showing, starting at 11:30 a.m. (CT) on EPSNU.

For the sixth consecutive year, the SEC Gymnastics Championship will telecast live, with the 2021 edition airing exclusively on SEC Network on March 20. Coverage of the afternoon session flips on at 2:30 p.m., with the evening session tumbling along at 7 p.m.

The Gymbacks kick off their 2021 season on Friday, Jan. 8, at LSU, with the home opener slated for the following weekend against the Tigers at 7:30 p.m. (CT) on Jan. 15 in Barnhill Arena.
