FAYETTEVILLE – Arkansas hits the road to face LSU on Tuesday (Jan. 14). Tipoff is set for 8 pm (CT) and the game will be televised on SEC Network.
After LSU, the Razorbacks stay on the road to play at Missouri on Saturday.
NOTES:
- This will be the 80th meeting between Arkansas and LSU, the 70th since the Razorbacks joined the SEC.
- Arkansas has won five of the last seven meetings and leads the all-time series, 43-36. The Tigers lead 21-13 in games played in Baton Rouge.
- Since joining the SEC., Arkansas leads 39-11 overall and LSU holds the same 21-13 advantage in gamed played in Baton Rouge.
- The teams will meet again on Feb. 12 in Fayetteville as LSU joins Missouri and Texas as the SEC opponent Arkansas plays twice this year.
- Since joining the SEC, LSU is Arkansas’ most common opponent with 70 meetings. Mississippi State is second at 60 meetings, followed by Auburn (59) and a tie between Alabama (58) and Ole Miss (58).
- Arkansas has blocked at least five shots 10 times this season and ranks 5th nationally in blocked shots, averaging 6.0 per game. Arkansas had 11 rejections vs Troy, 10 each versus Oakland and Tennessee, and nine each versus both UCA and NC A&T. - Boogie Fland leads all NCAA freshmen in total assists with 92. Fland leads all NCAA freshmen in assist-turnover ratio and ranks second among the rookies in assists/game. He is 13th in the NCAA overall in assist-turnover ratio and 29th in the NCAA overall in assists.
